hey guys………… astruc’s abrasiveness annoys me just as much as the next person but can we… not… make a meme out of pointlessly harassing him
good: asking him questions, pointing out problematic portrayals of women/poc, trying to start meaningful dialogues, etc
bad: screaming at him about how YOU think marinette is a “”””mary sue””””, how you want chat noir to have more screen time, spamming him with examples of small animation/continuity errors, “episodic format is terrible”, “why isn’t there more plot”, “[insert subplot of show here] sucks”, “your show is terrible lmao”, etc
I know it’s largely his fault for reacting to so many of these tweets (like how they’d say, don’t feed the trolls), but like……. if you get blocked by astruc for trying to start a meaningful dialogue, that’s on him. if you get blocked by astruc for intentionally being an asshole to him or screaming at him like he’s not a person……… maybe he was right to block you. and maybe it’s not that funny that he did.
